Need to convert an electrical signal into a precise air pressure? The EPC2G is an electric-to-pneumatic transducer that does exactly that. You give it an analog input—choose from 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-15 VDC, or 0-20 mA—and it modulates a control valve to give you a proportional pneumatic output. The output pressure range is jumper-selectable for 0-10, 0-15, or 0-20 PSIG, and it's adjustable within those ranges. It also provides a 0-5 VDC feedback signal so you can monitor the output pressure. The design has electrical terminals on one end and pneumatic ports on the other, making panel mounting and wiring neat. It's a constant bleed type, so if power fails, the output will slowly bleed down to zero.
